Why does Jim Bruer hate you??? And why does SNL sound like the WORST place for writers?

edit: I was in LA visiting friends, and the car I rented had sirius radio. So, I half caught this interview of Jim Bruer on Howard Stern and I guess he was talking about how Adam McKay and Him had a feud. But I wasn't sure why-and the way he described the SNL writing environment sounded choke worthy.
