The way I view it i, if you want to jailbreak it, install apps outside the app store and so on, you should go buy an Android.

I used to jailbreak my iPhone religiously and then I stopped because it wasn't worth it to me.

You mentioned the Cydia App Store. Why should Apple allow some 3rd party dev access to their mobile system? Apple is the one that makes the physical hardware and software and they have their own App Store. Don't you think they have the right to prevent apps they don't like? It's not like Apple is making it's own version of "BattryDoctorPro".... They just don't want that App available.

If the dev REALLY want to sell the app, maybe he should go make his own phone and OS and get people to purchase his phone and buy the app throught his eco system. I view Cydia as a parasite. Can you explain why it isn't?
