Thank you for answering these questions. My grandfather was a German POW in the Soviet Union for several years after the war. He died when I was young, and I never really knew him. I've always wondered what he was like, as, out of all of my immediate family members, I resemble him the most.
My mother tells how when he came back he had very few of his teeth remaining because of scurvy. He said that since he was a zimmermann (carpenter) by trade, he was allowed some perks, such as sleeping in a room with a stove in the winter. He also said that the lice and fleas were so bad that the soldiers would routinely pick them off of themselves and their clothing.
But all of these stories were told reluctantly, and he didn't say much about his experiences in the war. He came back after the family had been moved out to the country because their home in Hamburg had been destroyed. He found work as a carpenter, but the years after he returned were very difficult for them. I suspect he suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder, or something similar, but the health care available at the time was non-existent.
Did you face any emotional or psychological issues after you returned? Were you able to return to your home and family life easily? Was there anything that you found more difficult, or easier, because of your experiences?
Again, thank you for participating. I think I will show my mom your discussion.

Can you discuss your sales history and marketing efforts. For example, how many sales did you make when you had 1 story, 5, 10, etc? How long did it take for you to build your sales? Do you use any marketing strategies now, or have you in the past?
Also, I noticed you listed a gmail account as your email address, not an email associated with an author's website. Do you have a website, FB site, or other place where fans can contact you or follow your work?
Edit: Yeah, next time I'll just click on your website to answer my own question.
