Did your undercover work give you have any insights into how to de-radicalise alt-right people?

There may be 2 ways to attack the problem : the first is to mass mobilize people everytime they have a rally so as to shut it down, but we also need to reach out to radicalized individuals to give them a way to deal with their issues outside of these groups. So my question is on how to do the latter?
