I am a hotline volunteer located in the southern United States. No, we will not. We maintain a policy of confidentiality that allows (and requires) us to report something only if it involves direct harm to others (e.g. the caller is literally about to kill someone), imminent risk of suicide, child abuse, or elder abuse.
We do not make any judgments about a person's ability to parent and couldn't even act on any personal judgments. You are safe. Please don't let being a caring parent keep you from getting help.
You should also feel comfortable confirming all of this with a volunteer if you call. They will be far more understanding than judgmental. No one wants to take anything away from you.

That's amazing! How did you get started doing this? What degrees or licenses do you have?
