I just want to thank you for what you do.
Question: what's your favorite vegan dessert recipe?

I believe that if you have your own farm, raise your animals humanely, and then make the decision to kill and eat them, fine. I personally would never do that, simply because I don't want to kill an animal just so I could eat. There are other non-animal products I can eat that grow right out of the ground.
Unfortunately, the reality is that most people don't get their meat from their own farms, where they raise and slaughter the animals they eat. Most people get their meat from factory farms, which are harmful to the environment and the animals themselves.

I let it go and honestly after a month, I do not crave cheese at all. I feel great, eat much better, and am so glad I made the switch!

They do not. "Humanely raised" farms still send their cows and chickens to the same brutal slaughterhouses. "Cage free" chickens are still confined and killed once they no longer lay eggs. The male chicks are also either suffocated or thrown into a big meat grinder.
Look into it: those labels are just a marketing tool to make people feel okay about buying.
