Mike, thank you for your work, and for doing this AMA. I have to ask, what can I as an individual do to stop the animal cruelty happening around the world?

Oh, I didn't realize leafleting was an effective way to bring about change. Cool!

However, about veganism. I believe that eating meat from ethical, sustainable, cruelty-free farms is the best way to battle factory farming. Of course if you are against eating meat completely, that's a different battle altogether.

I was wondering if you had heard of the Wahl's protocol diet by Dr. Terri Wahls? The diet she created is specifically for strengthening or benefitting the mitochondria. I know a lot of people have had success with it. I was also wondering why you avoid fat so much? Is it all fat or just the bad fats? Do you feel different when you eat a lot of fat?
