How much $ did you have to raise to start your first location ? Was it family run at first ? If so, for how long? What is a piece of advice you would give to owners of restaurants who serve fast or semi fast food? At what point could you step away and let the day to day be run by others? How many locations do you now own? Do you ever feel overwhelmed or anxious by the amount of pressure (I'm imagining) is on your shoulders?
