Nice video. Was not aware of the fact that Östgötatrafiken operates double decker buses. On special routes with more passengers?

I have seen seatbelts on some local buses in Stockholm, usually these buses are new and was bought recently by the Greater Stockholm Local Transit Company. It is more common to see seatbelts on long-distance bus routes. For instance, I travel fairly often with a private bus company from downtown Stockholm to the airport, and the driver always encourages passengers to use them when greeting people over the intercom.

There are plans on organizing a national standard, but that's a couple of years in the future.
