I think the issue is that most people who will actually figure out how to be successful at something won't do it by reading a self help book. When I wanted to learn how to write code I didn't look to a self help book, I looked for a textbook. The same goes for most things I want to get better at. The people who read self help books are generally looking for some secret to give them a leg up. Most of this stuff is really common sense. I've worked at different fortune 500 companies and I would not call any of them superstar firms. They were all full of idiots who had been promoted to failure. Same thing at most of the small companies I work for.. My conclusion? The human race is doomed.

ah, so you can't just order one block from them through the internet..? seems like they're leaving a lot of money on the table there. suprised no one has built themselves an auto sorting inventory bot to autobuild a catalog. seems like there is a decent bit of money to be made. you could even build it using lego.
