So YOU'RE the one who's been causing my heath insurance rates to climb! (Just kidding. Hope the surgeries are a success and everything works out for you.)

No, you're not too old to learn. My 100-year-old neighbor got her iPhone a year or two before I got mine.

Hang in there. Eventually, karma will get this guy.

I making a right turn on red when a cyclist--a guy in his 60's--rode off the sidewalk and into the passenger's door of my car. He claimed it was my fault simply because I was driving a car and he was on a bike. He was rushing to catch a train and didn't want to stay and wait for the police to come. But he gave me his name and contact info. so that I could send him a check for the new wheel his bike needed. Instead, I sent him a copy of the bill for taking out the dent in my door, along with copies of safe biking info. that I found online. I also added what the police had told me: he was wrong for riding a bike on the sidewalk, and he was wrong for leaving the safety of the sidewalk to go into the street when there was moving traffic on the street. He eventually reimbursed me for the damage. But, it's amazing how people won't own up to their dumb mistakes and try put the blame on others.
