Exactly. I can't wait for a time when people in remote areas of Africa are getting the absolutely exact same education as those in first world nations and have just as much opportunity to utilize it. But even then, what happens if we're all on equal footing? I'm sure new standards will be made up to keep people down or such education is probably purposefully stymied. Such may even be the case as to why we haven't seen free, accredited programs by now.
