How did your wife react when she found out about the cancer?

Not a doctor but I have hypothyroidism which is actually quite often misdiagnosed as CFS or Fibro. If you haven't already I'd make sure you have had a full thyroid panel and a saliva cortisol test to make sure your adrenals are working as they should because fatigued adrenals are horrible.
