Where do anesthesiologists rank in terms of liability insurance cost compared to other hospital employees? Pretty high I bet?

How likely is it that someone working in your field would inadvertently create a nano-plague that would destroy the world? Is this total science fiction or could someone do it if they wanted to? Is this something you or your colleagues worry about? (I'm trying to remember the details of the dangers outlined in Drexler's "Engines of Destruction" but it has been a while since I read it and I'm sure a lot has happened in the field since then.)
