Have you ever had quacks (e.g. energy healers) try to sell you magic cures? If so, what happened?

Also, if there's evidence to suggest that the differences between the prior art and the claimed invention would have been obvious in at the time of the invention (the Mar. 22, 2000 priority date), then the remaining claims would probably fall in a reexamination at the Patent Office.
