It depends what field. The first 4 big category is Art, Design, Tech and Business (sales, marketing, management, etc..)

I assume you want design. If so there is 3 path (I know... kidda a videogame!!) University if you have one that has a Video Game design curiculum. You can be promoted from QA (tester) to Design or you can be one of the rare Genius that just ''get it'' :-)

Budget should not be a mesure of Quality. You have here some Indy Studio with limited budget that makes Amazing games. Its just a different category (Indy vs Not Indy (I dont like the AAA name)) but you should always expect quality from a Games Workshop Lincencee.
