You have no idea how damn jealous I am right now. I'm an usher for a different theater, and we have little to no authority. It's a stress everyday when I see someone on their cellphone, knowing that the best I can do is a warning since we don't have enough staff to keep an eye on all of the theaters. That and I've seen our managers undermine some of our efforts, usually letting customers get away with bullshit since our policies are geared towards being less strict.
