Dang. I just want to see some divergence from Duverger's law. We need to break the two-party stranglehold.

Not necessarily. My favorite proposal is to have a ranked voting system, where everyone orders candidates in order from most desired to least desired. Most desired earns X points, and least desired earns 0 points. Whichever candidate has the most points wins. That eliminates the need to vote for someone just because you hate "the other guy". You could put whomever your actual favorite is 1st on your list, as long as the candidate(s) you hate are on the bottom.
