What would you say to others fascinated with the AV space and wanting to get involved but without an engineering pedigree? What in-demand roles do you see for non-engineering folks? What about in the ecosystem of AV - municipalities, suppliers, etc. Are there trends or counter intuitive market need you're seeing where someone could get involved?
