I used to have Verizon while on my mother's plan. When I decided to go onto my old plan, i wanted to keep my verizon iPhone 4s. Went into Verizon and asked if it could be unlocked to use with another service and they said there was no way possible.

Went into a cell phone store where they repair screens and and a worker told me how to do it (had to buy a jevy chip or some kind of chip) and take it to someone who had experience with doing so. Did it and I still have my phone! Screw you Verizon!!
