Keep fighting the good fight. My first nursing job was inpatient psych, and I too am a bit concerned about OP's med free lifestyle. One of my favorite patients was a really cool dude who went off his meds and hung himself. As saddened as I am about the things psychiatric medicine has been a part of in the past, I am thrilled to live in a day where decent treatments exist for sufferers of mental illness.
