My friend was on a cruise where a murder suicide occurred. In talking to the crew she found out that death on a cruise is very common due to how many seniors cruise. They have a morgue on board. Also the ship is usually owned by a different country than where you embarked and the crime may happen in the middle of nowhere so lots to consider. Either way there's a holding cell onboard. There's probably a website with this information though bc some people are cruise fanatics. If I think about it later I will edit my comment.

I have systemic mastocystosis and cutaneous mastocytosis. A great resource for symptoms is the Canadian society for mastocytosis, which also includes MCAS. I would also google low histamine diet and try an elimination diet to see if it helps. It took me 25 years to get diagnosed. Most family physicians have no idea about it. Some immunologist allergist do.

I can't speak for OP but my uncle and all my cousins have factor V. In fact I am surprised to see it in the wild. My uncle has a blood clot in his leg and cancer atm. He just had his third booster and my cousins are all vaxxed too. My uncle's brother and his family have it too.

I actually asked someone at the cancer centre if there was a special screening process because everyone is so kind and empathetic. From housekeeping to the specialists. I had chemo in early 2019 and the nurses still say hi to me if they see me in the halls.
