I live in a rural area and you should see some of the female profiles. A lot of them have zoomed in creepy face pics. A lot of times it wont even be their full face in the frame. And a lot of them are holding fish in one of their photos. I saw one last week that said don't match with me unless you're a Dr who makes over $200,000 a year. I know a lot of Drs and maybe one of them makes that much.

What I don't understand is how can companies on pretty much every platform charge the same amount for digital games and movies as hard copies? They don't have to print or make anything physically like the disc, case, etc.

I'm not an expert but I'm pretty sure that's not true. They could be contaminated with mold or something like that if not dried correctly, but the common types of mold aren't going to kill you. If you inhale certain types of mold you can get a lung infection but I don't think it's likely to be very serious unless you have a seriously compromised immune system or something like that.

If you squeeze your balls properly you don't need the pump put in so don't worry about a kick starter. Work on your technique until you can get yourself a good squeeze on.
