Brennan: two years ago, you gave me advice during your last ama about how to make NPCs not be suspicious, and that was soo helpful :)

Using your help, among others, I entered WotC's DMing competition last summer, and ended up coming in 4th!

My question for you this time is in regards to competence: I'm a week away from DMing a livestream based on the materials I made for the competition, and am SOOOOOOO nervous I'm going to be terrible, or a bad DM. Do you ever have imposter syndrome, and if so, how do you deal with it?

I asked about manning NPCs, and how my slow brain has the players thinking all npcs were super sus, and how to fix it.

Brennan gave 3 options--

1) honest unfun: practice forever(lol) 2) honest expensive: improv classes 3) bad answer: make a campaign were ALL npcs are sus :)

I may have gone with 3 mixed with a splash of 1, lol

My question is in regards to Ultramechatron Team Go-did you use any of the toku shows for inspiration, or was it entirely Power Rangers, etc?

Also, if you watched the Super Sentai, what is your favorite season, and why is it Ninja Sentai Kakuranger?
