what do you think the flaws of the current public education system are? how would you remedy them?

it's fantastic to see a nominee who acknowledges that educational opportunity is unequal. if you think the current model of having property taxes fund education is unfair because wealthier zip codes receive more funding, how would you change that model? where would you get the money from to subsidize failing schools?
