I would but I'd have to smoke a ton more than an average person would. This could be changed with a tolerance break to clear it out of my system completely, but I can't take a day off of consuming marijuana until my crohns is in complete remission

well, marijuana alleviates 95% of the pain caused by crohns disease, but not the attacks themselves. I'd say the marijuana is doing pretty well considering i'm alive right now

I did. my mother suggested if I get the opportunity, to try it. In Florida, a friend of mine who used to be a marijuana dealer (who stopped because he turned 18 and that was definitely the smart thing to do) felt so bad for me, that he went out and brought marijuana to my house as requested so I never had to talk to a dealer in my entire life. I partially credit him for saving my life, as not being in school, i would have no other way of obtaining it.

He helped me get it in Florida until we packed and moved 6 months later to Colorado. and here I am!

It does work better eaten, however, it takes up to 90 minutes to take effect. My crohns attacks are sudden, unpredictable, and last for 15-20ish minutes, so I only take edibles at night to help sleep. Otherwise i need instant relief from vaporization.

the treatment has been amazing for me, considering nothing else worked after $30,000 of testing, medications, and hospital bills. It eliminates pain, however i'm still working on spine treatment with my chiropractic to help eliminate attacks as well as the pain.

As for side effects, the big one is short term memory loss. my crohns simply doesn't let up, therefor, neither does my marijuana use. with intense use as I do, my short term memory is really suffering. However, it's a real mood BOOSTER! it's the reason i'm alive so and the only escape from pain, so it's really my best friend.
