Tufts alum and IB diploma recipient here! Don't take this advice as gospel but...

If you have the opportunity to have a rigorous course-load that will stimulate you intellectually... do it. Admissions officers want you to be the best you can be. Plus, the program puts a great perspective on all different topics, so it will help round you out in a way that standard AP classes won't.

Just be sure to get that EE done within a reasonable time :)
