Not OP, but "assigned at birth" describes the sex they were designated at birth based on their anatomy. Typically, trans women=assigned sex at birth was male and trans men=assigned sex at birth was female, but most often neither of these are describing the person as having ambiguous sex organ anatomy (though there are trans people who are born intersex). Sex=anatomical parts (though a person can be trans without medical transition, which often includes gender reassignment surgery) and gender=how the person identifies on the inside.

Ayee! Wado (thank you) for mention our tribe! I'm mixed Cherokee Nation/Irish (like 3rd gen Irish-American Irish), though I Iook fully white and I'm from the North. Tahlequah/the Cherokee Nation are all about educating folks about our culture, largely because so many of our families/ancestors were forcefully separated from the original Indian Country and our culture. We also have our own YouTube page and news outlets (OsiyoTV and the Cherokee Phoenix) that are really informative.

May not be toxic, but damn does it give me debilitating migraines. Even a sip of any diet pop gives me an instant one.

We have the National Museum of the American Indian in D.C. It's pretty interesting, though my tribe, Cherokee Nation, wasn't represented that much, but one cool thing is that they have the flags for each federally recognized tribe.

Researchers from the University of Pittsburgh conducted a study that has significant evidence against using like attenuated live intranasal vaccine as it's not as effective as people believe it to be. I'm at work (funny enough I work for an organization at the university) so I can't link the journal article but if you Google "University of Pittsburgh intranasal flu vaccine", there's a Post Gazette article on it that has the info in layman's terms or you can search doi:10.1093/cis/ciw635 to find the journal article.
