What bothers me more (not just in this case), and especially when it comes to decentralized and immutable ledgers/records, is the assumption that core data inputs have been verified at source for syntax and validity. Multiple data entry/sharing points, protocols and varying conditions make existing centralized platforms a nightmare to sift through - Making them decentralized adds on to another layer of complexity in that they now become immutable.
