What are the common side effects you see with immunotherapy? For those who have strong reactions/side effects (body aches, numbness, pain, nausea, etc.) what are some things they can do to combat this since immunotherapy is often a long term treatment?

Why is glaucoma so much harder to treat in dogs than in people? Even with heavy treatment (latanoprost, dorzolomide timolol, laser surgery), my dog still lost his eye to glaucoma. Latanoprost 5 times a day couldn’t keep his pressure under 40. Is there anything more that can be done for veterinary ophthalmology? What are the most effective treatment options currently for people?
