I worked at starbs for the better part of four years. The only person I ever had to kick out of the store was some guy who sat in the corner and got drunk on Listerine. If people wanted to use the washroom or just chill in the cafe we'd always let them.

Just jump in. Make a tinder or whatever profile. Talk to women just like you'd talk to anyone else. Ask leading questions, or wacky hypotheticals. It's a slog and there'll be a lot of dates that go nowhere but try to relax and have fun through the process.

It's definitely going to be a tough sell, but I think if the idea really takes hold, it's going to become necessary to retain employees. Employers that pay better and provide benefits have an easier time keeping good workers around, and I think eventually having a 32 hour week will be seen as desirable in the same way.
