The latest versions of Lync 2013 brings ability to paste pictures and paste without formatting. What is still missing in your opinion?

With Lync 2013 you can send a message to a Lync user who is offline. It will be delivered to their Outlook Conversation History folder.

on copying: on Lync 2013 you can single click to select a word in an IM or double click to select the entire line up to CRLF...I do suggest looking at latest version.

I am not the Lync Team, but if the NSA is truly listening you could just open an IM window and type "Hello NSA." and they should get it. :-P

SBA

flinchbot i agree that this is a challenge in SBA scenarios. Currently ResponseGroups, AutoAttendant, VM and CallParks are a challenge in SBA scenarios and would be great to see it somehow accomodated in SBA.

One way to solve this is use the Lync UCMA SDK and write an app to do that functionality that could run on SBAv2 application server.
