I admit I’m surprised to see a senior member of studio Ghibli in this subreddit, but in a good way. I’m 16 and fascinated by the work you have helped bring, I do think I am too late to the party but I’m the off chance you see this, thank you!

I do wonder though, what do you plan for the future with many masters retiring or leaving the studio? Also, how close to fruition is Miyazaki’s swan song?
