Will the OneNote app for Windows 10 gain all the features of the traditional OneNote app?

I have a few questions:

  • Have the plans to remove flash support in 2020 from Edge next changed due to the move to chromium?
  • The current versions of Edge on Windows and Android have a reading list feature. Will that be added to the new version of Edge?
  • Will Windows Ink support be added to the PDF reader?
  • Will any Cortana features be added back?

Do you need a bachelors degree to work at Microsoft? I'm sure it would help if someone has one but I was wondering if anyone works there that doesn't have one.
