What is the difference between science and art?

Hi Helen, Thanks for doing this! My questions are regarding the correlation between the areas genetically modified mosquitoes were recently released and the Zika and microencephaly outbreak areas. I've seen speculation there's a causal connection.

--Is that (causal connection) possible and/or likely?

--If so do you know of any research regarding a causal relationship between the introduction of genetically modified mosquitoes and the pandemics?
