As a country with many Ethnic groups, do you find any “lacking” or not being studied as much as others? I know Chinese are the majority in Singapore so I would assume the history of Chinese emigration to Singapore is very well researched! Also, how do Singaporeans identify themselves? Is it Singaporean first and then their ethnic background second or if they are for example Malay they say “I am Malaysian living in Singapore”? Is there a difference in how generations identify themselves? As in do grandparents identify themselves differently than children?

What’s the best selling fry cut? I would assume the classic cut?
