This isn't a question but a comment. I am not sure if this is a widely documented thing but I used to work in cardiology. I would read and prepare holter monitor reports for the cardiologist. Anyways, we would often get correction officers that were presenting with palpitations, which is pretty run of the mill. But every single one of these guys had a serious arrthymia, either due to stress, diet, or coincidence. Most holter monitors turn up benign so to see such a consistent trend seems pretty worrisome. I bring this up because I wanted to make you aware that if you are experiencing chest pain or palpitations due to he stressful nature of your job, please do not hesitate to see a cardiologist.

EDIT: I do actually know it is a 'holter' monitor and not a 'holster' monitor, but my iPad does not. If you could please stop calling me a moron, that'd be great.

I used to work with wounded, ill, and injured marines and I remember when someone was getting a dog they would be so relieved. I think what you all are doing is incredible. One individual would shake so violently at night from PTSD their dog would sit on them to keep them from falling out of bed. So keeping that in mind, what the most amazing thing you've trained a dog to do?

I'm sorry but what exactly are you certified as and what is your education? This is a field where there is already so much misinformation. It's a step away from fraud if you are presenting yourself as a nutrition and exercise professional, if you are not certified as such. I ask because I looked at your site and could not find any of this information nor have you listed it in your AMA. As an ACSM certified clinical exercise specialist and B.S. in exercise physiology, I take this very seriously.

That is super cool. Primarily the dogs people needed where I was working were comfort and support care dogs, so most of what they did were just about being present and monitoring their heart rate. Service dogs are such an incredible tool.

OP you are a terrible person for trolling this AMA. You should feel bad.
