People don't take idling into consideration... I only spectate EMS workers(gas station clerk) but I feel majority of their shifts they spend 75% of the time waiting around to take a call... And people don't take into consideration they have to keep the engine on for some of their instruments and keeping certain medicine at the right temperature... These things do last a while before scheduled maintenance though
