If you have flour, you could make veggie pancakes with the zucchini, onions, and carrots. I usually make mine a spiced soy sauce

What are your favorite resources to work with when creating your prototypes? Is there something that really allows your creativity to shine or holds you back more than you anticipated?

It's also great in stir fry dishes...or just raw with a sprinkle of salt!
