Bummer shame I missed this AMA. I used to work in probation and often had to sit through DUI cases in Florida. I recall one case in particular where a fellow was charged a DUI while on a bicycle. The public defender was literally BEGGING the guy to let him take it to court. My question is if you had any cases you were involved with involving bizarre definitions of "vehicle" and if so what were they?

I heard rumors that Wal-Mart uses facial recognition software on their cameras to help enforce no trespassing orders against shoplifters. Is there any truth to this? Our office receives a LOT of calls from Wal-Mart regarding our defendants.
