Sushi eating etiquette questions (personal preference aside):

• Ive heard with rolls, you dont use chop sticks, thats why its wrapped in seaweed. True?

• When you have fish sitting on rice, you turn it over when dipping into soy sauce so that the rice doesnt break apart in it. True?

• Other than rolls/sushi that come with sauce on them, are there certain kinds that arent suppose to be dipped into soy sauce, kind of like putting ketchup on noodles?

• Is there any sushi you don't like? Personally, I find sea urchin disgusting. I could really go for some maguro or unagi now...

Is there ever a concern of doing harm when doing incredibly deep ocean dives, where you are filming animals that live in total blackness for their entire lives, and now you are shining lights in these creatures faces? Its blinding and painful when you shine a flashlight in my face and I see the sun every day... usually.
