So I've been having an argument with my friend on whether you can get steroids in prison. He says it's impossible, and I think it happens frequently, especially in state prisons where the guards are more lax. So are either or us right here, or is the truth somewhere in between?

Yeah it's technically trafficking but it's usually handled on the state level. The states aren't gonna hand it over to the feds if they don't have to.
