I agree with you... I read the OP's main comment and thought.... Who gives a fuck about NSL's, when gag orders are legal! WTF happened to "freedom of press"? I didn't realize it was "freedom *of the government to censor the *press". Given, I have a poor opinion of press in this country to begin with, but I'd rather have Faux News try to spin the news than to not hear it at all.
