Are there any long term plans to improve ATC?

Voice recognition would be a dream come true to improve immersion of the sim.

Are developers being given access to an early version of P3d 4.1, and if so how many?

I know some developers complain that they are not given early access and have to catch up later, is this fair?

Why didn't you just announce whether or not 4.1 (and what the changelog is) is being released, instead of an announcement of an announcement?

I thought it might of been sooner, no choice but to wait.
