True, but sometimes these are the same people that go around saying their government screwed them over and bla bla bla*. If you have 90k and spend it on one huge holiday trip and then shit hits the fan and you get into money trouble...then you're partially to blame.

*Not saying this is the case of the OP

Did you plan on spending 90k? Or did you just travel until you guys ran out of money? How were the finances established?
