Hi Dan, Im wondering what you think of a lot of these referral based programs online. Since they reward people monetarily for sharing/referring friends, do you think the monetary incentive takes away from the the intrinsic motivation to share/refer someone to a product or service?

Sounds like a job for kickstarter.

Its not a form of gambling and Im sure Dan has insurance. I understand what youre asking though, I sold insurance for a very brief time and hated it. Heres why, even though it is piece of mind the buyer was getting, it was still money being spent on something I hoped they would never have to use.

With that said, I still pay for it.
