Do you know the Decibel loss in the bad ear? Did they do a air and bone test? How old are you if you don't mind me asking?

I'm assuming they did a air and bone test. Was there no air bone gap? Do you know what decibel loss the bad ear was at? Because everything you describe is red flags. I am not a doctor but am Board certified Hearing aid specialist. All I do is test hearing all day. I can't diagnose people but I do refer them out to a ENT if something is off.

There has to be some way to make sure they are actually working and not just driving around aimlessly all day doing nothing.
