I am so sorry you had to go through that. I know it took some serious guts to write & post here & I want you to know that you are helping others by doing so. Something I find extremely upsetting besides your experience itself is that you feel the need to explain and defend your actions. You were a child Don't ever feel like you have to explain beyond that. These people knew exactly how to get what they wanted from you. You never had a chance so don't feel like you have to explain yourself. Your family and friends should be ashamed of themselves for abandoning you when you heeded them most. You come across as a strong, bright woman, I really hope you can move forward from this, find some good people to surround yourself with and have a good life. What are your plans for the future?
