With the problem at HQ in December last year (the one which grounded a large number of aircraft in the UK), does this sort of thing only affect commerical aircraft, or is Joe Bloggs in his little Cessna grounded too?

I don’t know if you were involved in any way with 3.1/3.11 but on a fresh install of that OS there was quite a good ‘tour’ basically instructing the user how to use a mouse and manipulate the UI - nothing existed within the next OS’s - was this under the thought process that ‘people already know how to use a mouse now’ or was it just not popular?
