What do you think about the patients who are finally deemed mentally competent enough to stand trial and end up going to prison? Do you believe they are actually mentally sound enough to survive in a prison or do you feel many should remain in psychiatric care? I ask because I work for the prison system, and in many states the prisons are actually considered the top provider of mental health, which is pathetic, in my opinion.
